Real-Time online reservation System
When a single client or a tourism agency uses the Automated Reservation System or contacts us through the reservation form and sees that there is an available apartment or apartments for the period they wish to stay at FILORIAN, they can Real-Time online reservation System in three ways:
1st way:
They can deposit 20% of the total cost via bank transfer to one of our following bank accounts:

2nd way:
They can deposit the entire amount or at least 20% of the amount via bank transfer, using a Bank Credit Card.
If our potential client selects this way (i.e., the Bank Credit Card), they must send us a photocopy of their passport via e-mail or fax, as well as a signed authorization for withdrawing this amount from their Bank Credit Card. The authorization form is as follows:
“Today, on ________ (enter the date), I, ________ (write your name and surname), authorise the legal representative of FILORIAN TOURISTIKI S.A., to collect from my Credit Card, No.: ________________________, expiration date: _________, the amount of _________ Euros as a deposit (or full payment) for the reservation of an apartment, type: ________________ (studio, A1 or A2, depending on which you have selected) for the period from _____________ (date of arrival) to ____________ (date of departure) at FILORIAN Hotel on Corfu”.

Upon receiving your deposit in any of the above ways, we will send a Confirmation of Reservation to the client via fax or e-mail (whichever was used to contact us).
Upon arrival at the hotel, clients must immediately visit the apartment we have reserved for them and check if it indeed matches the description of the apartment they reserved; upon accepting the apartment’s specifications, they must pay, in cash or by Credit Card, the total amount of their stay, minus the deposit already transferred for their reservation.
If, from that moment on, there is any problem concerning a client’s stay, both sides must, within the framework of law and decency, conform to the Regulations in force that govern the relations of hoteliers and their client-guests (Article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-1986, Government Gazette Issue 167 Α).
